Here are some of the saving energy tips:
- The freezer should be located in the coolest part of the room and should be kept away from other heat producing equipment.
- Make sure that the doors are shut properly.
- Temperature should be set according to the products placed inside. Keeping the temperature at the lowest level when it is not required just consumes more energy.
- The freezer should not be overcrowded.
- Opening of the door should be kept to minimum.
