Carbon Trust Approved
KoolMax Group is an approved member of Carbon Trust. The main aim of Carbon Trust is to speed up a sustainable low carbon economy. CHAS Certificate of Accreditation
This is to certify that Koolmax Group LTD has demonstrated compliance with the CHAS Standards in line with SSIP core criteria and UK H&S Legislation and has been awarded accreditation to the requirements of CDM Regulations 2015. Additionally has demonstrated full compliance with 4 modules of PAS 91.
RHA Approved
KoolMax Group is also RHS (Road Haulage Association) approved. The Road Haulage Association offers dedicated advice, information, campaigning and business services customized for the haulage industry. They also make use of their buying power to grant exclusive savings on a series of key haulage services, saving members time and money. The Road Haulage Association is at the front of political activity, representing our interests with the UK Government along with other industry bodies. RHS offers a membership package that is especially tailored to meet our business needs perfectly. The Road Haulage Association is the voice of the European road transport industry.
DECC Approved
KoolMax Group is DECC (Department of Energy & Climate Change) approved. DECC works to confirm that the UK has secure, clean, affordable energy supplies and encourages global action to alleviate climate change. Energy security assures that firms and households across Europe have secure supplies of energy for light, power, heat and transport. Action on climate change supports government efforts to alleviate climate change. Renewable energy sourcing ensures that our energy supply will come from a minimum of 15 percent renewable sources by 2020. The DECC strives to make sure that the UK’s energy supplies are delivered safely, securely and economically by bringing low-carbon energy at the least cost to consumers and tax-payers.
REFCOM Approved
The REFCOM (Register of Companies Competent to Manage Refrigerants), now known as REFCOM Elite was initiated in 1994 due to severe atmospheric damage caused by certain refrigerant gases. Way back in June 2009, REFCOM Certification Limited was chosen by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to manage a Certification Body under the stationary equipment provisions of the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2009 no 261. In addition to undertaking the certification role needed by Defra and the Department of Environment. REFCOM Elite have set high professional standards that are recognized by The Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Board ACRIB and the RAC Industry.
Energy Technology List Approved
ETL, ETPL (Energy Technology Product List) is a government managed list of energy efficient plant and machinery including electric-motors, boilers, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems that meet the criteria for full tax relief. For a product to be on the ETL, it should meet specific energy saving or energy efficient standards. It is part of the ECA’s tax scheme for businesses. The DECC reviews the technologies and products on an annual basis to identify whether it will qualify for inclusion. The Energy Technology Product List is administered in support of Department of Energy and Climate Change by the Carbon Trust.
FCA Approved
