As we all know in our busy schedule sometimes we don’t have enough time to go out for doing a grocery. So in that situation we have to make a food by using things that are already present in pour fridge. So here in this article we are discussing few delicious food recipes that we can make by using very few ingredients that are normally present in our home.

1. Potato Corn Soup

Basically it is so easy to make a potato corn soup, for making this we need ingredients that include potatoes, cheese, onion, corn, and chicken broth that are normally present in our home. For making this dish you have to Melt 2 Tablespoon butter in large pan at medium heat. After that add peeled or chopped potatoes along with 1 chopped onion. Cook for almost 8 minutes, and add 1 32-oz carton chicken broth, along with 4 cups of water and 2 Tablespoon seasoning and boil the mixture first and then reduce heat. And after 10 minutes you have to remove it from heat and pour half of the mixture in a blender then add 1 16-oz frozen corn and heat it in pan then Stir in 1 8-oz cheese until it gets melted and then serve it after it gets ready.

2. Balsamic Chicken

Basically it is so easy to make Balsamic Chicken, for making this we need ingredients that include chicken, balsamic vinegar, canned tomatoes and garlic. For making it you have to put 1 lb chicken breasts pieces along with 2 15-oz diced tomatoes, half cup balsamic vinegar, and one tablespoon of minced garlic and place it in a slow cooker on very low heat. Cook it for almost 6 to 8 hours on medium heat, and then serves it when it finally gets ready.

3. Filetto di Pomodoro

Basically it is so easy to make Filetto di Pomodoro, for making this we need ingredients that include pasta, canned Tomatoes. olive oil and garlic. It will only take 20 minutes to get ready. For this you have to add ¼ cup of olive oil in a large pan pour 4 to 5 peeled and chopped garlic cloves in it and cook it on medium heat, until they turned brown after that add 1 28-oz peeled tomatoes. And cook it while stirring until it turns bubbling, and then simmer. And side by side you have to cook 1 lb of pasta and drain it and combine it with sauce.

4. Popeye’s Fried Rice

Basically it is so easy to make Popeye’s Fried Rice, for making this we need ingredients that include frozen spinach, black beans, corn, rice and soy sauce. For making this you have to cook almost 2 cups rice by pouring 4 cups of water in a deep pan the add 1 cup of spinach, ½ cup of corn and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to skillet. Then the mixture gets hot then add rice along with 1 cup black beans. Cook at medium heat for almost 10 minutes, then at the end add 1 to 2 Tbsp of soy sauce for adding taste.
