Whilst we are striving to run our operations largely as normal, health and safety is our top priority.

We believe it’s critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19. We are diligently following guidelines and best practices from the NHS and UK Government.

Our Trade Customer Service Team is working as normal, but we are minimizing contact as best as possible. Where staff can work from home this will be the case, therefore you may experience some minimal disruption which we will ensure is kept to a minimum.

  • Koolmax Group website is operational and fully trading.
  • Our contact center remains open and advisors are ready to assist you.
  • We are working tirelessly to make sure that your orders are delivered in the safest way possible.
  • Collections can still be made from our warehouses, which is our preferred method.
  • Deliveries are being altered and this is changing on daily-basis as our partners at transport companies are affected by the impact of COVID-19.
  • Currently, we are runningĀ  3–5 working days delivery, however,Ā  it may take 5-7 working days depending on the postcode and location. Koolmax Group can’t guarantee Next-Day delivery on certain products. Please contact sales to know if Next-Day delivery is available for your area.
  • Due to COVID-19, Free Delivery is not available on Triple Door Fridges & Freezers. Please contact sales to get Delivery Quote for your area before ordering. Free Delivery would be resumed once delivery services are fully operation after pandemic.
  • Although we are experiencing stock issues with a small number of items due to spike in demand in response to the COVID-19, we are well stocked across the majority of our range to help you through these challenging periods.
  • Unpack & Placement service is halted till further notice.
