1 – NO-MILK STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

  • Take kosher gelatin (2 teaspoons)

  • Take soy milk in vanilla flavor (3 cups)

2 – TRADITIONAL STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

  • Strawberries 1 Pint
  • Sugar (1 cup)
  • Egg (1)
  • Half and half (1 cup)
  • Vanilla extract (1 tablespoon)
  • Heavy cream (3 cups)

Takeout strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Now you need a double-boiler, add half cup sugar and the berries. Turn on heat for 10 to 15 minutes and stir it sporadically. After some time, you’ll get a feel that berries become soft. Squash the fruit in a food processor, transfer the batter to a tray and put it in the ice cream freezer to cool.

  • Fresh lemon juice (2 tablespoons)

Put the berries in a blender, and you must have approximately 3 cups. Mix in the lemon juice and simple syrup (about 1 cup). Check and put the rest of the syrup if necessary. Transfer the batter into the freezer until chilled.

Ingredients you need;

  • Skim milk (300 ml)
  • Bananas (200 grams)
  • Brown sugar (40 grams)
  • Cornstarch (about ½ tablespoon)

How to make it:

  1. Take a saucepan and mix the milk, brown sugar and cornstarch. Now bring this mixture to a boil over medium heat.
