We strive to deliver your order within 3 to 7 working days. Please remember to leave your unit unplugged for the first 6 hours so that the gas and oil can settle. Our free basic delivery usually takes 3-7 working days between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. If you require faster delivery, we offer a next working day and timed delivery service for mainland UK, with extra charges that apply.
